To get a Kivra ID, you need a smartphone with a camera and NFC. NFC stands for Near Field Communication and is used, among other things, when you tap your phone to make a payment. Most modern phones are compatible with Kivra ID.

A valid Swedish passport or national ID card with a chip. Unfortunately, driver's licenses, SIS-marked ID cards, and foreign documents cannot be used.
