Kivra is an app on your phone. You can also use Kivra on your computer. In Kivra, you can receive and save important documents. You can save your own documents there too.
Your mail goes where you go
You can read your mail wherever you are. At home, when you travel or at someone else's place. If you move, your mail still comes to your Kivra.
What you can do in Kivra
Kivra is safe
Only you can see your mail, unless you choose to share it. You log in with Mobile BankID.
We check everyone who sends you mail in Kivra. We never read your mail.
Kivra will never ask for your codes or ask you to log in through a link in a text message.
This is how you get Kivra
Note! When you get Kivra, your mail from companies and agencies that use Kivra comes to the app instead of on paper. So check your Kivra as often as you check your mailbox.
Get the app
Search for Kivra in the App Store or Google Play. On a computer, go to kivra.se.
Press create account
Log in with Mobile BankID.
Follow the steps on the screen
It only takes a few minutes.
We help you stay on top of things
When you get something new in Kivra, we send you an email. If you haven't read it, we send you a reminder.
Turn on notifications in the app. Then you'll see right away when you get new mail.
