Swedens largest safe space
Security is the foundation of everything we do, from our overall business concept down to the smallest feature. With us, you know your content is in safe hands.

Our core question since day one
We are Sweden's largest platform for important things - over six million people trust us with their most sensitive information. It means a lot to us and that's why we take that responsibility very seriously.
Security is the very foundation of everything we do - our reason for existing.
Since the start in 2011, we have worked actively and proactively to create a safe service for everyone. For us, security is not an add-on, but the very foundation.

A sustainable solution for all occasions
We have evolved from being just a digital mailbox to a society-critical function. Every year, hundreds of millions of important documents are sent through Kivra – and this requires a stable digital infrastructure. As the country's security situation worsens, the demands increase even more.
Building robust systems that withstand disruptions and protect against intrusions is our way of continuing to contribute to the public good and, ultimately, Sweden’s security.

Be careful with links
Have you received a link in an email or SMS? Think carefully before you click and verify that the sender is who they claim to be.
Be restrictive with sharing important information
Better safe than sorry – only share information when you are completely sure who the recipient is, never otherwise.
Never share your passwords
Passwords and codes are personal and should never be shared with anyone.
Check the sender's address
Unsure about an email? Click on the sender's address. If it is misspelled, contains extra numbers or characters, it is often an attempt at fraud.
Check off our ID-checklist
Make it difficult for the fraudster. There are a few simple things you can do to reduce the risk of being targeted. Tick off our ID checklist in just a couple of minutes – you’ll find it in the app.
Trust your gut
Last but not least – if it feels wrong, it often is. Don’t make any hasty decisions. Pause and verify the sender or hang up. You lose nothing by being cautious.
