How to get started with the Sports Mailbox

With the Sports Mailbox, your covenant or club gets a place to collect important stuff such as agreements, board minutes and uploads in one and the same app. If you add Kivra Business Plus, you get more opportunities to digitize your mailbox and, for example, get rid of a mailbox.

This is what you need

Once you have acquired the Sports Mailbox, you will be able to access it through your regular Kivra app. So no additional app is required to have the Sports Mailbox.

How to do it

If you are several signatories for the club or confederation, the other signatories will receive a notification that you have started a Sports Mailbox. Depending on the signature rights, signatures from several of you may be needed in order to activate the Sports Mailbox.

Log in to the club's or confederation's page at IdrottOnline

Double check that the company signatory is up to date

Time to create your Sports Mailbox

Fill in the organization number, your social security number and sign with Mobile BankID to activate.

All done!

All signatories listed in IdrottOnline receive a notification to sign. When they have done so, your Sports Mailbox is activated.

What can you do in the Sports Mailbox?

Share the Sports mailbox

Allocated company signatories in IdrottOnline get access to the Sports mailbox directly, but they also have the opportunity to share access to the mailbox with, for example, others on the board, accounting consultant and accountant so that they can take part in and manage documentation. If there is a change in authorization updated in IdrottOnline, it is automatically reflected in Kivra, for example if there are any new company signatories after an annual meeting.

All digital mail directly through Kivra

Once you have created your Sports mailbox, you will receive all digital mail sent to the confederation from companies and organizations connected to Kivra - approximately 38,000. So now everyone who has access to the mailbox can see the same things both on their mobile and on their computer. If there are any senders you don't want to receive mail from, go in and click them off in settings.

Collect physical mail in the Sports Mailbox

In addition to the digital mail that automatically ends up in the Sports Mailbox, you can also upload your own documents such as board minutes or agreements. If you add the plus service, the club or confederation can close the mailbox and c/o address for individual board members. With the plus service, you get all the association's physical mail scanned and sent to the Sports Mailbox.
