With a business account you can gather important things such as official mail, invoices, digital receipts and your own uploads in one and the same app. You easily sync with your accounting system and by adding Kivra Business Plus you can add even more features.

When you've signed up for your business account you'll get access to it using your regular Kivra app that you use for private stuff.

2. This is what you do

All signatories in the company will receive a notification that you have started a business account. Who needs to sign to activate the business account is dependent on your company's rules.

3. What can you do in your business account?

All digital mail directly in Kivra

When you've created your business account you automatically consent to receiving mail in Kivra from public authorities and companies who send with Kivra.


Why everyone? Since we have 40.000 companies sending with Kivra you would otherwise need to spend a lot of time picking what you want from whom.

Share the business account

All company signatories receive access to the business account. And, you can also opt to share it with your financial consultant or other employees so that they can access and manage company mail.

Activate integrations

Integrate your systems with Kivra and simplify your processes. For example, if you want to continue receiving all your invoices via Fortnox? Just turn on the Fortnox integration. You can easily ensure that all your systems work seamlessly together so you can work exactly the way you want.
