Verification of registry extracts – directly in Kivra
Creating a safe environment for children in sports is more important than ever. The legal requirement that clubs check criminal records for leaders is a good thing – but in practice it has been difficult to get it right. That's why, together with the Swedish Sports Federation, we have developed a free and digital service that makes it easy to verify records in a safe and legal way – without the risk of anything being saved or spread.

Real documents
Everyone involved can be sure that the extracts are valid. Sent by the Police, verified by Kivra.
Secure sharing
Nothing is saved or left out by mistake. We make it easy to do the right thing.
Easy to use
Both on-site and remotely. It should work in all contexts, no matter where you are.
Safe
For both leaders and associations. If you are safe, your children and teenagers are safe.
More secure controls – without the hassle

When it has to be done right from the start
Many associations do their best to comply with the rules, but today's verification processes have shortcomings - digital extracts can be forged, the Police's verification service is not always used and documents are stored illegally. With Kivra's digital verification, the process is both safer and easier. The document is shared securely for a limited time - without being saved. And both parties identify themselves with BankID.
This is how it works

For associations of all sizes
We know that the conditions look different depending on the size of the club.
Smaller clubs often prefer to carry out checks directly on site - something our service is perfectly adapted for. But for larger clubs, where many people need to be checked, it can be more efficient with asynchronous checks.
That is why we are now also developing the possibility of integrating verification with existing sports administration systems.
This means that sharing and checking extracts do not have to happen at the same time, but can be done at different times - completely according to the club's own routines. We are happy to cooperate with more clubs that want to test and influence how the service is developed.
