Invoices your customers’ accounting systems read directly

2026-10-12

You can now send invoices to businesses with structured data alongside the PDF. The recipient’s accounting system reads the details directly instead of interpreting a PDF, which means fewer errors for your customer and a faster path to payment for you. This applies to businesses that have connected Kivra Business to Fortnox, and more systems are on the way. Get in touch with your partner to get started.

Full control, invoice by invoice

You can now exclude individual invoices from direct debit without affecting the rest of the recipient's setup. Useful for one-off charges, special terms, or an invoice in dispute that needs to be handled manually just once. No new integration is required. The feature is live today.

Stop chasing account details before payouts

When bank account details are missing, outdated, or need verifying, payout flows quickly turn manual and time-consuming. With Kivra, you can collect and verify the recipient's bank account details in a secure digital flow. The recipient selects and verifies the account themselves, directly in the app. All you need to get started is a personal identity number or an email address.

More control for you as a sender

The notification file is now delivered six hours earlier, at 15:00. You no longer have to wait until the evening to see what has happened. You also get real-time notifications directly in your system when payments are completed, scheduled, or fail, and the sender portal now has new reports and a better overview.
