Special terms and conditions for Kivra Extra
Valid from 2026-04-27 and until further notice.
Kivra Extra is a paid additional service in the form of a subscription. Kivra Extra provides access to the features, products and services that are at any time stated in the applicable product description in the app, in the Service or on kivra.se (the “Product Specification”).
1. General about Kivra Extra
These special terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when Kivra Sverige AB, org. no. 556917-3544, or another company within the same group as Kivra Sverige AB (“Kivra”) provides private individuals (“User”, “You”, “Your”) with the paid additional service Kivra Extra. The Terms and Conditions apply in addition to Kivra’s general terms and conditions for the Service in force at any time (“General Terms and Conditions”). For matters not specifically regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with regard to Kivra Extra. Before you can start using Kivra Extra, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. By using Kivra Extra, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and the instructions that Kivra publishes in the Service or regarding Kivra Extra from time to time.
2. Description of Kivra Extra
Kivra Extra provides access to a selection of functions, products and services that may vary over time (the “Functions”). Which Functions are included in Kivra Extra at any time and more detailed information about each Function is stated in the product specification in the app, in the Service or on Kivra’s website at any time (the “Product Specification”). The User chooses the extent to which the Functions are used, to the extent applicable. Kivra may from time to time add, change or remove Functions within the framework of Kivra Extra. Kivra does not guarantee that a particular Function is available at any time. In the event of changes to the Functions that are of material importance to the User, Kivra shall inform the User of this in a reasonable time before the change takes effect. In such a case, the User has the right to cancel their subscription by the end of the current payment period.
3. Access to Kivra Extra
3.1 Subscription
The User orders Kivra Extra by starting a subscription in Google Play or the App Store. The agreement for Kivra Extra is considered to have been concluded between the User and Kivra when the purchase has been completed in Google Play or the App Store and confirmed in the Service. Payment and management of the subscription takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions for Google Play and the App Store, respectively, see also section 7 below. Kivra Extra is not available to Business Users. For Business Users, Kivra Företag Plus is available.
3.2 Free trial period
Your subscription to Kivra Extra may in some cases begin with a free trial period (“Trial Period”). The Trial Period lasts for the period specified when activating Kivra Extra and is intended to give You the opportunity to test the service. When You register for a Trial Period, You also agree that the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription when the Trial Period expires, unless You terminate the subscription before then. If You terminate the subscription no later than 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period, You will not be charged and the subscription will end. Kivra has the right to limit access to the Trial Period, for example if you have previously taken advantage of such an offer or to prevent abuse. Trial Period offers cannot be combined with other offers.
3.3 Right of withdrawal
When you order Kivra Extra, you expressly agree that the service will begin to be delivered immediately and that you will have access to all functions immediately after purchase. At the same time, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the service has begun. This means that the normal right of withdrawal of 14 days that otherwise applies to distance purchases does not apply to the order of Kivra Extra. This means in practice that you cannot cancel your order and get a refund of the fees paid after the service has been activated. However, you can terminate your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for further periods after you have terminated the service. How you terminate your subscription after a possible Trial Period is explained in section 5 below.
4. Prices and payments
Kivra Extra is provided for a fee. The price includes VAT and is stated in Google Play and the App Store respectively. Refunds are handled by the respective platform according to its terms and conditions and Kivra has no obligation to handle or decide on refunds. Payment is made via in-app payment or another payment method that Kivra informs you about from time to time. Any fees for data traffic or similar from your operator are not included in the price.
The subscription is paid monthly in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the platform where you subscribed. If the subscription was initiated with a Trial Period, the first charge will be made after the end of the Trial Period, provided that the subscription has not been terminated before then.
If payment cannot be made at the specified time, Kivra has the right to suspend access to Kivra Extra. The subscription may also be paused or terminated by Google Play or the App Store in accordance with their terms and conditions. To regain access to Kivra Extra, you need to update your payment method and, if necessary, reactivate or renew your subscription via the relevant platform.
Kivra reserves the right to change the price for future subscription periods with at least thirty (30) days' notice. If you do not accept the price change, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription to Kivra Extra runs monthly from the time you start the subscription and is automatically renewed for new monthly periods until the subscription is canceled by you or Kivra. To cancel Kivra Extra for a new subscription period, you must cancel your subscription no later than the day before the start of a new period, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the platform where you subscribed. Cancellation is made via the respective platform (Google Play or App Store). To cancel Kivra Extra, follow the instructions in the relevant platform. If you need help, you can contact Kivra's support. If your subscription to Kivra Extra terminates, your access to the Features included in Kivra Extra will also terminate. However, content provided or created within the framework of Kivra Extra may continue to be available in the Service, to the extent applicable. If your account or access to the Service is terminated in accordance with Kivra's General Terms and Conditions, access to Kivra Extra and its Features will also terminate.

7. Third-party terms
7.1 Google
If you have started your subscription in Google Play and are using Kivra Extra on an Android device, the following applies to the relationship with Google LLC ("Google"). These Terms apply only between you and Kivra and not with Google. Kivra, and not Google, is responsible for Kivra Extra and for support of the service. You agree to use Kivra Extra in accordance with Google's then-current terms for Google Play. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google.
7.2 Apple
If You have started your subscription in the App Store and are using Kivra Extra on an iOS device, the following applies to your relationship with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). These Terms are only between You and Kivra and not with Apple. Kivra, and not Apple, is responsible for Kivra Extra and for supporting the Service. You agree to use Kivra Extra and the Kivra app in accordance with Apple's then-current App Store Terms. Apple is not responsible for any claims by You or any third party relating to Kivra Extra. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries to these Terms. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
