We are wondering how you at Kivra view the legal aspect if our customers will enter into a Personal Data Assistant Agreement (PUB) with you?

When you create an integration for your customers, we see your customers (the sender) as Personal Data Manager. You probably have a rule in which you act as Personal Data Assistant on your customer’s behalf. Kivra makes the interpretation that we at Kivra also, in accordance with GDPR, act as Personal Data Assistant for your customer (sender). Therefore, our recommendation is that you plan to let your customers approve a Personal Data Assistant Agreement (PUB) with Kivra. Kivra has general conditions for the service that regulate how the sender is using Kivra. These general conditions need to be approved before the first time that deliveries are made in Kivra. Do we have to refer our customers to your web for them to be able to accept the general conditions, as well as entering into a Personal Data Assistant Agreement (PUB) with Kivra?

When building and testing you use avsandare.support@kivra.com as the address to come in contact with Kivra’s Sender Support. When in production, the address that should be used is operations@kivra.com.
