What type of partnership?
There are different partner options based on what suits you and your clients best - you can either opt to be the technical integrator or that you handle both the integration and resell Kivra's services. First step is for you to do an initial thorough assessment so that we together can provide an optimal experience.
Integrator and reseller
You provide the integration and resell it, which means that you are very familiar with Kivra's offering and the possibilities available to your clients. We hope that you have a tight dialog with your customers and understand their challenges and pain points so that we can improve both distribution and communication for them.
As a partner you are responsible for agreements and technical onboarding, but your customer always also has to sign Kivra's general conditions.
Integrator
As an integration partner you are the technical link between Kivra and your customer. You provide the latest API integration and ensure that you can always support Kivra's latest services and features so that you can offer your customers - our senders - the complete Kivra selection. Senders always have to signs Kivra's general terms and conditions.
