Kivra via partners
How it works
In order to use Kivra as a service, you need to accept Kivra’s general terms and the data processing agreement. This agreement is tailored for the service Kivra provides as well as to meet all GDPR requirements. The data processing agreement imposes the necessary obligations of Kivra, in its role as a data processor, according to the regulation.
This Personal Data Processor Agreement together with Kivra's general terms and conditions governs the situation where the sender is connected to Kivra via another party, and thus does not have a direct agreement with Kivra. Typical examples are that you are connected via a system or output provider.
By clicking on the button "Continue and approve" you will be taken to a web form where you fill in your contact details and approve Kivra's Personal Data Processing Agreement. You thereby ensure that your use of Kivra as a sender is contractually in accordance with the GDPR.
You are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is designated as the approving party. In order for Kivra to be able to communicate with you, in the role of Data Controller if necessary, we need a point of contact that preferably does not belong to an individual person within the organization.
