From reactive to proactive – act in the moment
The best customer experiences happen when you can meet the customer at exactly the right moment. When someone says yes – or no. When a payment goes through. When something deviates.
With real-time insights, customer service always has access to updated information, making it easier to handle cases quickly and efficiently. When payments or status changes occur, services can be activated or paused immediately – and the customer's portal or “my pages” is always kept up to date.

Insights & Information
You will gain insight into the entire payment flow in real time – from when a user schedules a payment until it is completed, fails, or is canceled. This applies regardless of whether the payment is made via Swish, bank transfer, or direct debit.
You also receive information about the payment method the user has chosen and the scheduled amount.
Soon you will be able to receive notifications when a direct debit is activated or terminated, as well as direct notification when a customer declines an offer or declines a donation.
