Customize the customers' experience in our sender portal. You can showcase your company's visual identity and guide your customers further – to your website, social media, phone, or other prioritized contact channels. The sender profile is simply a great way to give your customers a better experience. In the portal, you can also view statistics for your mailings and create campaigns.

This is how you create your company's profile

Step 1 - Get the portal for free
The first step to getting started with your own sender portal is to contact us. We will get back to you with a login to the portal itself, which you can immediately log in to and start creating your own home in Kivra. It is an intuitive portal that, in addition to allowing you to customize the visual appearance, also provides access to informative statistics to track, among other things, open and payment rates.

Step 2 – Change background image
Log in to the Sender Portal > Click on Sender Profile in the menu
Click on the background image to upload images in png, jpg, or jpeg formats. You can easily add images by drag and drop. Select images for both mobile (640x360px) and desktop screen (1200x240px).
Remember to save when you are satisfied. Thanks to the preview, you can try things out at your own pace. Nothing will be visible until you save!

Step 3 – Add contact methods
Go to Contact Methods > Choose from phone number, email, and link
Select up to four contact methods in various combinations. For example, phone, email, or links that lead to websites and social media pages. You will also get clear options in a dropdown menu that shows what the links should be called – Frequently Asked Questions, Write to Us, Chat with Us, or something else. In the preview, you can see how it will look when published.
