KGM and Kivra digitize registered Letters: win-win for all parties
From manual handling and high costs to a smooth, traceable and efficient process. Together with KGM, Kivra developed a digital solution for registered letters.

From complex logistics to simple handling
Many customers have long found the manual handling of registered letters a challenge. Sending involves time-consuming administration, high costs and many letters never being collected. A smarter solution was needed and together with KGM we have found a better way forward.
High opening rate from day one
With Kivra's digital registered letter in combination with a signature service, you can leave paper handling behind. Recipients receive their letters directly in Kivra and can sign digitally, with full traceability. The first customer saw impressive results right from the start – 72 percent opened their letters within two days – and no additional questions to customer service.
Seamless, efficient and secure
The digital solution brought immediate benefits. Physical notices were replaced by digital notices, which reduced the risk of missed letters. Recipients can sign directly in Kivra and do not need to collect the physical letter. Full traceability also makes the solution safer for everyone involved.
Co-creation in practice
To ensure an optimal solution, KGM and Kivra worked closely together throughout the development process. Interested customers set their requirements early on, and KGM adapted the solution in close dialogue with Kivra's team.
This has been a real co-creation process. We have been listened to and been able to influence every step. Together, we have created a solution that really works in practice, says Julia Legemark, project manager at KGM.
A new standard for registered letters
With digital registered letters, KGM and Kivra have created a solution that reduces administration, lowers costs and makes the process smoother for both senders and recipients. And this is just the beginning - the next step could be more types of digital valuable items, to benefit even more from traceability.
Sending registered letters digitally via Kivra is a no brainer. We save time, money and minimize hassle for both our customers and their recipients, concludes Cathrine von Euw, sales and contract manager at KGM.
