Alektum wanted to give customers immediate confirmation that their payment was on its way. With Kivra’s solution, payments now appear instantly in the MyPages portal – reducing uncertainty and easing the load on customer service.

Through Alektum’s customer portal, users can now track their payments in real time and access up-to-date information about their debts. At the same time, Alektum’s case handlers can see payments reflected immediately in their system – reducing manual work and making day-to-day operations calmer and more efficient.

Our operations team can instantly see that a payment has been made and inform the customer without waiting for system updates, Dino Ovcina explains.

The new setup also provides valuable statistics on payment behavior, giving Alektum better insights and data for future improvements.
