A Successful Result in Just Two Months

Charma always strives to increase the redemption rate – something they achieved almost immediately with Kivra. During Christmas, it increased by five percent compared to other channels. And two months in, Charma could see that Kivra had quickly become the most reliable channel for digital gift cards, with the highest number of recipients logging in and opening their present.
