Digital signatures - easy and safe
With digital signatures in Kivra everything important can get a signature, or two, or three and it is securely processed and saved in Kivra får easy access. A solution for employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, project agreements and the likes.
Fast and secure signatures
Kivra allows senders to send content to be signed through Kivra's signing service. Content intended for signature is dispatched to a list of recipients (signers or delegates) who can log into signatures.kivra.com, identify themselves, and sign the document via BankId. Once all parties have signed, the agreement is finalized and a new content is created (the covenant file) which includes the original content along with a signing log listing all signers and details about the signature.
Covenant files can be cryptographically verified to ensure the included information (both the original content and the signing log) is secure, accurate, and hasn't been modified post-creation. To know more about how we manage the cryptographic verification, please read more here.
Kivra's signing service is not directly connected to Kivra's mailbox, and parties in an agreement don't need to be Kivra users to utilize the service. However, signers who are Kivra users (or become Kivra users during the signing process) will benefit from the automatic transfer of the covenant file to their mailbox once the agreement is inked.

Kivra's tool for digital signatures is perfect for a partner who is looking to build a solid, effective and light solution to handle digital signatures.
The solution requires that the person signing the document - contract, agreement, non-disclosure - has BankID, but not that they have Kivra.
Document is uploaded
The document that is to be signed is uploaded via an integration solution
Signatory is notified
The person who is to sign the document is notified via email from the sender containing a link to Kivra's digital signature service.
Mobile BankID to sign
The signatory easily signs the document via Kivra's webb service with mobile BankID
Status notification
When all parties have signed they are notified by Kivra that the document has been signed, can be downloaded and is available in Kivra.
Document archived
The signed document is returned to the person who initiated process via the integration solution to be archived.
