Real-time insight into payment flows

Insights & Information

Your customers gain insight into the entire payment flow in real time – from when a user schedules a payment until it is completed, fails, or is canceled. This applies regardless of whether the payment is made via Swish, bank transfer, or direct debit.

They also receive information about the payment method the user has chosen (MPO) and the scheduled amount.

Additionally, senders will soon be able to receive notifications for when a direct debit mandate is activated or terminated, and also know when someone has declined payment when that is an option e.g., for offers or donations.

How does it work?

The service is fully automated and can be deactivated if needed via API.

1

Customer creates a technical receiver (endpoint/URL)

To receive signed webhook calls.

2

Customer activates the service

Through an API call to Kivra

3

Kivra automatically starts sending payment events in real time.

Based on invoices that the customer sends through your solution.
