Invites

Invites in Kivra can be utilized to send a content with an invite to participate in a survey or to collect a gift.

How it works in detail:

Requirements

The Content will contain:

  • A title including type, shop and for

  • A button with an external link

  • Last expiration date (optional)

  • Content/PDF

The subject will appear on top of the content (with the sender's logo). The topic will also appear in the sender's home and inbox list.

Contents:

  • Type: (invite.research) / (invite.gift) / (invite.voucher)

  • Topic

Metadata needed for: (invite.research)

  • On behalf of - required (can be set to null)

  • VAT number

  • Name

  • Url (link) - required

  • Description - required

  • Last Expiration Date - required (can be set to null)

Metadata needed for: (invite.gift)

  • On behalf of - required (can be set to null)

  • VAT number

  • Name

  • Url (link) - required

Last Expiration Date - required (can be set to null)

Metadata needed for: (invite.voucher)

In the first version, notifications and reminders will follow the same logic as letters, but with specific texts for each scenario.
