Special terms and conditions for Kivra Plus

1. General information about Kivra Plus

These specific terms ("Terms") apply when Kivra Sverige AB, registration number 556917-3544, or any other company within the same group as Kivra Sverige AB ("Kivra"), provides an additional service for you as a private user of Kivra ("User"/"You") to utilize additional features and take actions with letters, invoices, receipts, and other documents ("*Content") in your digital mailbox beyond what is possible in the Service (hereinafter referred to as Kivra Plus).

These Terms apply to the use of Kivra Plus. These Terms apply in addition to Kivra's general terms for the Service, which you accepted when activating your digital mailbox with Kivra. Before you can start using Kivra Plus, you need to review and accept these Terms. You commit to following these Terms and any other rules and instructions that Kivra may publish from time to time via Kivra Plus.

2. Access to Kivra Plus

2.1 Subscription

You order Kivra Plus by initiating a subscription in Google Play or the App Store. An agreement regarding Kivra Plus shall be considered concluded between you and Kivra once the purchase has been completed in Google Play or the App Store. 2.2 Free Trial Period

Your subscription to Kivra Plus may, in some cases, commence with a free trial period ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period lasts for the duration specified at the time of your activation of Kivra Plus and is intended to give you an opportunity to try out Kivra Plus.

When you register for a Trial Period, you also agree that you will automatically transition to a monthly subscription when the Trial Period expires, unless you cancel the subscription before the last day of the Trial Period. If you cancel your subscription before the last day of the Trial Period, you will not be charged, and your subscription will not renew.

If you are offered a free Trial Period, Kivra's intention is to offer you this Trial Period only once. Therefore, users who have already used an offer for a Trial Period may be prevented from using additional Trial Periods. Kivra determines who has the right to use an offer for a Trial Period, and Kivra may limit who has such rights to prevent abuse and/or violation of these Terms. Kivra reserves the right to revoke or terminate a Trial Period if Kivra, in its own judgment, believes that a user lacks the authority to use the Trial Period. You do not have the right to combine the offer for a Trial Period with other offers.

3. Description of Kivra Plus

3.1 Features of Kivra Plus

Kivra Plus enables you to organize Content into folders, scan and upload Content, and upload and make invoices payable in Kivra. Kivra aims to continuously develop Kivra Plus, and more features may be added to Kivra Plus. 3.1.1 Folders

In Kivra Plus, you can organize Content that you have uploaded yourself or that has been sent to your digital mailbox by Senders. You can create folders yourself or choose to use the folders provided by Kivra.

3.1.2 Scan and Upload Content

In Kivra Plus, you can scan and upload Content. The number of Contents you can upload is limited to 1,000 Contents.

3.1.3 Scan, Upload, and Pay Invoices

In Kivra Plus, you can scan, upload, and make invoices payable. Kivra interprets the Content through text recognition and suggests which details should be entered as payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that the details are correct before proceeding with the payment. Payment of invoices is governed by the General Terms.

3.2 Storage

The Content in your digital mailbox, including any actions you take with your Content, is stored for the duration of your subscription to Kivra Plus. During this time, you are responsible for selecting which Content you choose to store or delete. Deleted Content will no longer be available to you.

Upon deactivation or termination of Kivra Plus, you will no longer have access to the features of Kivra Plus. However, all Content will still be available in the Service, and you can choose whether to continue storing or deleting Content and folders in your digital mailbox by deleting individual folders or specific Content. If you have entered an invoice for payment, it will remain until the payment has been initiated. Upon deactivation or termination of the Service in accordance with Kivra's General Terms, you will no longer have access to Content or features in Kivra Plus.

3.3 Feedback

When you use Kivra Plus, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to Kivra regarding the features, user-friendliness, suggestions for improvements, etc., of Kivra Plus. If you choose to provide feedback to Kivra, you consent to Kivra freely using, sharing, reproducing, licensing, or otherwise commercializing your feedback and confirm that you have no reason to believe that the feedback you provide is subject to any patent, copyright, or other intellectual property protection.

3.4 Authorization

What is said about sharing a mailbox in the General Terms applies only partially to Kivra Plus, as folders are not available for mailbox sharing. In Kivra Plus, you can instead collaborate with other users who have Kivra Plus by, for example, creating shared folders and paying each other's invoices.

4. Prices and Payments

Kivra Plus is provided at a cost. The price includes VAT and is visible in the App Store and Google Play.

Payment is possible through in-app payments or other payment methods that Kivra informs you of from time to time. Please note that the prices do not include any data traffic charges that your internet provider or mobile operator may charge you according to your agreement with such provider/operator.

The subscription is paid monthly in advance until the subscription is terminated. Regarding the timing of monthly payments, you will be charged for the subscription every thirtieth (30th) day from the date you subscribe, or if the subscription has commenced with a Trial Period, from the day after the expiration of such Trial Period, unless the subscription is terminated by you or Kivra before that time. In some cases, the timing of billing may change, such as when it is not possible to confirm the validity of information regarding, for example, your chosen payment method and credit card details.

Kivra reserves the right to disable your access to Kivra Plus if payment cannot be made at the specified time. If this occurs, you can reactivate access to Kivra Plus by renewing your Kivra Plus subscription.

Kivra reserves the right to change the price for upcoming subscriptions with at least thirty (30) days' written notice. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you via the app and/or the contact information you provided when registering your account. You always have the right to terminate your subscription at the end of the subscription period for which you have paid. You accept such a price change by accepting the new price upon your next login or continued use of Kivra Plus.

5. Term and Termination

The subscription to Kivra Plus runs on a monthly basis from the start of your subscription until the subscription is terminated by you or Kivra. This means that Kivra has the right to charge you for the upcoming months in accordance with these Terms unless you terminate the subscription.

To terminate Kivra Plus before a new monthly period, you must terminate the subscription no later than the day before a new monthly period begins; otherwise, the subscription will continue, and you will be charged for an additional month before it is terminated.

To terminate Kivra Plus, go to Google Play or the App Store and follow the instructions. If you need assistance in terminating Kivra Plus, you can contact Kivra's support.

6. Processing of Personal Data

To provide Kivra Plus to you, Kivra needs to collect and process certain personal data about you, in addition to the processing of personal data that always occurs when you use your digital mailbox. 7. Third-Party Terms

7.1 Apple

If you have initiated your subscription in the App Store or if you are using Kivra Plus on an iOS device, the following applies regarding your relationship with Apple Inc. ("Apple").

These Terms apply only between you and Kivra, not Apple. Kivra, and not Apple, is responsible for Kivra Plus and for providing support for the service.

You agree to use Kivra Plus and Kivra's app in accordance with Apple's current terms for the App Store. You certify that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist-supporting" country and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple is not responsible for any claims by you or any third party regarding Kivra Plus, including claims of product liability, claims that Kivra does not comply with applicable laws or regulations, claims based on consumer protection laws or data protection laws, and claims regarding infringement of intellectual property rights. If Kivra does not fulfill its warranties, you may inform Apple, and Apple will only refund the purchase price of the app to you.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

7.2 Google

If you have initiated your subscription in Google Play or if you are using Kivra Plus on an Android device, the following applies regarding your relationship with Google Inc. ("Google").

Kivra is solely responsible for Kivra Plus, and Google has no obligations or responsibilities towards you regarding Kivra Plus or these Terms.

You agree to use Kivra Plus and Kivra's Android app only in accordance with Google's current terms for Google Play.
